Meru Operating System

Meru's back-office platform, also known as Fuxi, plays a critical role in streamlining operations. It offers a comprehensive suite of tools including user management, product creation, inventory management, order tracking, and functionalities for offline sales, marketing campaigns, and customer support. While a redesign was contemplated in late 2022, the project ultimately led to the development of a robust design system and clear visual guidelines. These elements have been instrumental in ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across all Meru platforms launched since then.
